We will use example of more than ten counties to analyse the cultural aspects that influence their business etiquette. Moreover, we will learn about the non-verbal solutions that can help you in a difficult situation. The speakers are remarkable specialists in inter-cultural relations and savoir vivre.
Each participant will receive access to extra materials in the form of a script and a brochure with a summary. The workshop is available in 22 languages and the participants can select a language version beforehand. It lasts a total of 3 hours 15 minutes and is divided into 4 parts.
